Agreed it's not. When Deion joined the 49ers the in 90's you heard leaders like Rice say they wouldnt stand for any baggage but come to help us win. This team not only lacks an identity, which I had to argue this NYC guy that it was a run based team last year because he said they weren't, but it lacks leadership and accountability. The team needs someone or something to reel them in. All all this talent is worthless without leadership guys, very immature team.

That falls on Marrone. The guy fails time and time again to build a culture. Samething happend in Buffalo. Cant believe how Caldwell got away with hiring a retrend coach and a bust QB. The guy deserves to get fired with the coaching staff all together.

The "expected" comment was in a much more general context BTW.  Was not specific to the London trip.

I have no problem with these guys going out and enjoying themselves, nothing wrong with that at all.

Harrison is only 21, understandable. Wilson is 24, still young. Hayden is 28 and Church is 30. They aren't all just young and naive. Church should know better then to let things get out of hand like that. Yea, they probably got taken advantage of, but when you put yourself out there like that, it's going to happen.

There's no reason why they couldn't have went out and had a great night on the town. Got a bottle, or three and enjoyed themselves. 99% of the population wouldn't have any clue who those 4 were if you walked past them, or just seen them at a bar/club enjoying themselves. You start getting VIP booths/VIP services and all you're doing is asking for trouble. You're either going to get a bunch of leeches who are trying to take advantage, or idiots looking for problems.

You could always have fun without drinking. London is a historicial place and they could of went to many different great places with a much better atmopshere than a night club. Dumb decision is dumb, period.
