Agreed it's not. When Deion joined the 49ers the in 90's you heard leaders like Rice say they wouldnt stand for any baggage but come to help us win. This team not only lacks an identity, which I had to argue this NYC guy that it was a run based team last year because he said they weren't, but it lacks leadership and accountability. The team needs someone or something to reel them in. All all this talent is worthless without leadership guys, very immature team.
You really need to get your [BLEEP] straight. 

(I argued that they didn't really establish an identity as a run team as much as everyone was saying since they had several games in which they went away from it or failed at it. They certainly tried to be a run based team when they could. Didn't always work and with some opponents they went the other way. I never said they were not a run based team.)

Please stop putting words in my mouth. You're screwing it up.
