It depends on where the team finishes this year and how they fall in next year's draft pick wise. QB wise you're hearing a lot about Justin Herbert out of Oregon but he's being considered THE number one pick already. More than likely landing with the Giants.

Unless they trade up to get him we'll have to settle on either moving up into RD1 later on that night or hoping someone is there in RD2. Maybe Drew Lock out of Missouri or Ryan Finley out of NC State. Personally, I like Finley between those two. He's more accurate. Protects the football. He really manages the game well and doesn't seem to make too many hasty decisions.

Finley would be a fair pick-up if the front office manages to keep the majority of the defense intact in 2019.
