Picks are assets. You draft to covert the pick to a player.

 

NOBODY drafts BAP exclusively.  To do so would be simply stupid.  You consider the talent of the players available, what your needs are and pick the guy who will best improve the team. 

 

Do you think the Broncos, Seahawks, Patriots, Saints or Packers will be grabbing a QB in the first round just because he's the highest "ranked" player available when their turn comes up?
