Do you trust Caldwell to find our Franchise QB?

Not sure how much I can add to a 4 page thread.
I think Caldwell is a decent GM. He has an eye for talent. He just hasn't hit on the most important position yet. Ramsey, Linder, Smith, and Ngakoue are all stars and are / were one the best at their positions. Bouye, Jackson, and Campbell are all stars and are / were one the best at their positions. Church, Dareus, Gipson, Jack (drafted), Lambo, Parnell, and quiet a few other signings are decent-to-good players. Even Bortles, when he's on fire (confident?), is incredible. I'm sure the good Bortles is the QB Caldwell hoped him to be. It's unfortunate that he's not consistent, but I wouldn't say he's a bad pick. We've seen QBs end up worse. I'd say he hits more than he misses. |
