Has Bortles played his last down as a Jaguar?

Do we know for sure if Bortles is starting next week when we play Indy? I personally don't think he was very impressive against the Eagles, at least not impressive enough to distinguish himself as the sure starter. Has there been any indication from Marrone as to who will be starting? I thought the Eagles game would be a litmus test to see if they would continue to make him the starter. I'm curious to see how the coaching staff assessed his performance.
