That is what happens when you aren't a NFL QB.  We saw this play out with Gabbert.  We all wanted success and we got bad play.  Unfortunately in that case the team waited too long to move on.  Sadly I see that happening again.  You have to be stubborn about getting a QB.  You draft QB until you have one or can trade one away.
