I still think we need a young, offensive minded head coach, but I don't believe we will make a head coaching change anytime soon. I think the best we can do is a new Offensive Coordinator and a guy I would hire to take over the job is Kansas City Chiefs QB Coach Mike Kafka. What he has done with Mahomes is amazing. |
