Hiring Kafka would be premature imo. Reid deserves the bulk of credit for Mahomes and Kafkas only experience prior to this season is as a quality control assistant. Give him a few more years under Reid and he'll get looks though

I don't wanna wait. By then he might get better offers. I want a young coach with fresh ideas and we need an OC for next season. Hackett's offense is predictable, vanilla and outdated.

I don't believe this absurdly conservative offense was specifically designed for Bortles. I believe this is just how Hackett designs offenses. If this offense was made for Bortles and they thought he had so many limitations, why did they extend him? That makes no sense. Bortles sucks, but Hackett sucks just as much.
