I don't want anyone with OC experience. That's what we always do, pull someone off the scrap heap and it never works out. I want someone fresh, with new ideas. If I had my way, I'd fire Marrone and hire Jim Bob Cooter as HC.

JBC is currently an offensive coordinator.
