This falls on Dave for not giving Bortles the weapons he needs to succeed and also sticking with/resigning Bortles, the coaches for not benching Bortles, and Bortles for just not being very good.
What are the odds of us not drafting a QB early and the front office/coach sticking with Bortles next year?
