Wholesale changes are needed, IMO.  The difference between this year and last illustrates how fragile our success truly was... that the foundation itself was not the sustainable one we expected it to be.

This appears to be simply an extension of our inability to build a solid foundation for success.  We have added some exceptional pieces here and there, but to be against the cap and have the collapse from last season to now clearly shows that there are gaping holes in spite of that investment.

IMO, we should part ways with Caldwell and possibly more coaching staff.

I also think it's time to cut bait with Bortles.

Khan should complete the job and overhaul the product on the field the same way he has the facilities around it.  Go big and bold.

Continuity at this point is continuing to come up short.  As much as some may dislike the idea, I feel they should completely blow this thing up to rebuild it.  Last year's success has proven to be a short lived window that has already shut.  The cost has been sunk.  We need to move onward and upward without looking back any more.
