Idk in the apology he says he’s sorry and embarrassed because of the video, never said he was embarrassed because what he did in the video. May just be a poor choice of words, but doesn’t sound sincere that way.

I think that's pretty legit. He said he was in the wrong. In this day and age, I can definately appreciate anyone who is taking responsibility for their actions. That actually tells me he might be recoverable, and could be a decent citizen from here.
