The way the discipline issues went from "borderline" to "totally off the rails" supports this sentiment. 

I'm no Marrone hater, but there's no denying his inability to rein in his team's lack of discipline. It's become an increasingly ugly issue.

I sure wish Bill Belichick would hold a coaches only symposium on discipline.
