NFL.com - Marrone, Jaguars 'heavily disappointed' after TNF
|
It sucks. But there is not really a need to discuss, or over-analyze this. The OL has been obliterated, and the QB position has never been all that good. We downgraded WR, then had our best player at that position go to IR during preseason. We also have no TE. The DL has lost a step and are not winning up front like they used to, and the returning players thought they were a part of some "legacy." There's only so much "locker room dynamic" and coaching you can do in this situation. The season was done before we all knew it.
We all know how this season will now end. Time to prioritize things as we move forward and prepare for the roster changes. It's what military men call "triage."
You're Welcome.
