After listening to the 1010 clip of Coleman and Ballou calling out LaCanfora a few things were evident.

a - it didn't get fully out of hand until Ballou just belts out "I think you make a lot of things up"

b - Coleman - who usually speaks with great linear clarity got a little tripped up in his challenging of JLC's assertions - took some of the thunder out of it unfortunately.

c - it was clear JLC was ambushed a bit here as these types of calls are usually preceded by a list of agreed upon talking points -- JLC's credibility and whether he invented the narrative certainly was not one of them. I think he probably had one person close to TC tell him that they think TC might want to coach again and he just ran with it knowing it would get buzz - and not long ago it would be considered much worse than it is nowadays.

I'm glad he was called out - even if they didn't do the most graceful job of it.
