cool a couple of opinions say otherwise.

People live longer in Canada, UK and Australia. They also pay substantially less per person on health. This seems a good combo of stats.

But sure you are programmed to over pay for your health and poor outcomes for the community. I'm sure someone is winning from that...follow the money.
