He's just getting started early on his holdout threats and money schemes. 
Kinda' what you'd expect from a player/personality combo like him. 

I wouldn't put too much stock in it at this point.  Jags currently still have the leverage in that situation.
 I doubt that he and his agent are really trying to move him or plan to holdout in his third year. 
We'll see. A figure a commitment from the team to extend him some time next season is enough to make everybody happy.

Either that - or he holds out in July...

Regarding the part in bold.  How exactly can he "hold out"?  He is still under contract.  I get that he's probably positioning himself for a new contract, but I don't get how he could possibly "hold out" when he is currently under contract.
