I wouldn't put too much stock in it at this point.  Jags currently still have the leverage in that situation.
 I doubt that he and his agent are really trying to move him or plan to holdout in his third year. 
We'll see. A figure a commitment from the team to extend him some time next season is enough to make everybody happy.

Regarding the part in bold.  How exactly can he "hold out"?  He is still under contract.  I get that he's probably positioning himself for a new contract, but I don't get how he could possibly "hold out" when he is currently under contract.

A decent comparison would be the Darrelle Revis holdout back in 2010. Three years into a 6 year rookie deal, he decided not to come to camp w/o a new deal. 

A week before the season opener (after Rex Ryan and Woody Johnson flew to S.FL to negotiate) Revis reported to camp with a new deal that would pay him 8 times more annually than what was left on his rookie deal.
