I think there are things to work with there, but he probably needs to go back to school. I liked him a lot at the beginning of the season, but as the nagging injuries hit him and the O-Line, he became increasingly inconsistent and that concerns me. I'm not nearly as convinced that he will declare for the draft as much as I am Haskins. IMO, Haskins is the closest thing to a finished product in this draft and I still would sit him at least halfway through the 2019 season. I hear Herbert is probably leaning towards staying in school, which makes it even more important that we pick ahead of the Giants, in one way or another. There is a significant dropoff in QB prospects from Haskins to Herbert and then from Herbert to Grier and Lock. Not that those other guys can't succeed, but they may take a little longer to develop IMO.
