The Raiders moves are being panned now, but a few years from now that might not be the case. There's no use having a couple languishing Pro Bowlers like Cooper and Mack surrounded by a cast of misfits. Sacrifice them to collect a more comprehensive set of tools including a legit QB. Jags are in much the same situation, but unfortunately Ramsey is the only logical trade bait unless Campbell could net a second rounder.
Cooper is really young. Mack is a top 5 pass rusher. 2 things the Raiders are lacking and will look to draft this year are pass rushers and playmakers.

The draft is also a crapshoot so trading away those players and HOPING you get someone with equal talent is just a bad move.
