And you don't see me all angry and calling this team the "Jag Offs" as you have penned my team the "Squealers." I have been nothing but friendly and civil while you continue to be caustic. You don't resemble the folks I interact with here - whom the vast majority are completely friendly and polite, even when I'm wearing Steeler gear. As a matter of fact, I was just at Lucky's market, and had all kinds of friendly discussions with Jag fans (while I was adorned in a Steeler sweatshirt); it's a refreshing difference compared to being in western PA, where a much high % of folks are angry, bitter and caustic.

And, apparently you didn't bother to read the article I linked: Hammie injuries are often caused from the imbalance of development of the quads and glutes, creating an imbalance to that chain of muscles. In other words, it may matter not if your weight and cardio are up to par; a weakness to those chains would still cause hammies to go on the fritz. If LF didn't do due diligence of leg/glute work, with squats, deadlifts and the like, that could indeed lead to hammie injuries.

It is too simplistic to judge "being in shape" by body weight alone. If you study the subject, you will realize this. Louie Simmons is an iconic figure in athletic performance training. Study his principles and you will gain knowledge into the subject.

If I’m caustic it’s because you don’t seem to know what you’re talking about. Or your just bent on advancing a false narrative.
I read what you posted. And the article. You apparently didn’t read the part where the player said he was in the best shape Possible and went out of his way to prepare prior to camp. Why do you think that equates to a running back neglecting his freaking legs????

I mean, c’mon man.

I’m not mad at you. I just want you to make sense.

By all means - find something that supports your theory that LF is to blame for his injury.
I’ve given you supporting info to the contrary and you are just continuing a foundless narrative.

Seriously - nothing personal. I just don’t appreciate a baseless negative narrative on the player. There’s  plenty to criticize based in reality rather than making stuff up.

Wait, I am not the only one to question 4nets efforts on this. All I ever said was that SOMETIMES a player's hammie goes BECAUSE OF poor conditioning, and I gave info. on how. No biggie. Unlike some fans, I am NOT asserting 4net is just average and should be dumped by next season. He showed some flashes today and I feel if he had a decent OL and pass threat, he could be a top 10 back. Was he worth a 4th overall draft pick? I'm not sure about that. Hindsight is 20-20, obviously, and there are sure some players who would have improved the Jags more taken after - most notably a few QBs but Jags decided to ride with BB (which seems like an error at this point)

Imagine this team with Mahomes or Watson. And they still could have added a good RB in Cook, Mixon, Kamara, Hunt or Cohen.

But, yes, yes, easy to say after the fact. But just imagine this team with Mahomes and Kamara on the roster. Wow.
