You are just talking about top 5 picks.  If that were the entirety of the draft, I might buy that.

The 2013 draft really sucked overall.

In 2014, the one guy in the top ten we had the chance to draft that might have made a huge difference for us was Khalil Mack. But then we still may not have had an answer at QB.  The Raiders took Khalil Mack and Derrick Carr that draft, but still only made the playoffs once since 2014...just like the Caldwell led Jaguars.

In 2015, the sentiment on this board was for Leonard Williams instead of Dante Fowler.  I could see that Williams was the better player overall.  He did make the Pro bowl. But would he have had the impact last year that Fowler had?  I don't know.
