That was way too easy.

Forward progress was stopped so the D stopped, otherwise it's a penalty for playing too hard.

That's a fair point. He got pushed back and it was a second or third effort. Jones had him but couldn't bring him down and got tackles. 

Wow! At the 1 and 4th down stop! Ok D, that's how you step up!
