Chark isn't in there because the OC don't how to use a 6'4' 4.3 second speedster and the QB can't deliver the ball.

I'd have Moncrief and chark on the outside (2 tall 4.3 guys), Westbrook/cole in the slot. Moncrief and chark running verticals,. My offense would be unstoppable.
