But who and from where? That's the issue. Without giving the new guy final say, we're not going to get someone from another team, and that's where the promising up and comers are. Unless Coughlin really believes in Chris Polian, which wouldn't surprise me too much, I just don't see the benefit in firing your head scout.

That's not our job to know. Stop asking dumb questions expecting smart people to comprehend them.
