They can throw the ball, Ravens don't trust Jackson to throw it and they are about to lose to the Browns and miss the playoffs

All of those QBs have been less accurate, less efficient and thrown picks at a way higher rate. They have been worse throwing the ball.

The ravens are running an offense that gives them the best chance to win now + take advantage of their personnel + protect their rookie QB. It's worked to near perfection and saved their season. Next year Lamars passing will be expanded.
