I seriously doubt they cut Fournette after investing the #4 pick on him.   The FO might be mad at him, but that will pass and he's the best RB on the roster.  

Hyde is overpaid as a backup RB.  That's nearly $5 M in cap room.  Malik Jackson is gone - that's $11M in cap room.  The Jags drafted Richardson to replace Parnell, so cutting Parnell saves $6M.  

Those moves alone free up your $20M in cap space.  Add in another $4M by cutting Bortles.  

The problem then becomes signing a veteran QB. or rolling with a rookie?  If you sign a vet QB, it's going to cost at least $10 M which means even more cuts to the roster.  

The spending spree last year - Moncrief, Norwell, Lee, Bortles - is going to really hurt this roster and with a much tougher schedule, it's hard to see a winning record.
