You need to provide a link to this. 

I've seen nothing to support that and several articles stating the opposite. 

The reports I read were that his conditioning suffered post injury but that he was in great shape when he reported to camp.

I don't think I've ever seen a team official say he was in great shape.

I saw that Leonard Fournette touted that he was in great shape - but he's a liar.
