70% is high, but the current average for millionaires is 30% which is way too low. I'd split the difference and make it an even 50%. I'd also legalize marijuana and tax the crap out of it and raise the taxes on alcohol, cigarettes and gambling, while giving a 5% tax cut to people who make under $100,000 yearly. I bring home troops stationed in countries overseas and create bases along our own southern border with check points where there can be continuous patrols. No need for a wall then.
