If we drafted Cody, I think he'd be perfect at RG. He has experience at OG and RT. IMO, he is the best interior O-Linemen in this draft. Personally, I believe if you draft an interior O-Linemen or even RT in the top 10 overall, he'd better be pretty special. While I LOVE Ford, would I take him in the top 10? I'm on the fence about that. With that said, I don't believe we'd take a RT two years in a row. If we selected Ford, intending on him to play RT, we still have a huge need at RG and swing tackle, as last year's RT selection, Will Richardson has no experience playing LT either. Do we really want to waste a roster spot on another OT who can only play the right side? If we draft Ford to play RG, that makes way more sense to me. The kid is squatty with a "buttle butt" who shows great strength, footwork and excellent balance. I could see him being an All-Pro OG within 4 years or less, solidifying that RG position for us. I guess the more I think about it, the more he does make sense at #7, but only if he fills that RG position.
