I'm not sure I like that concept, although it's been inevitable for a long time. 30M jobs lost to AI. For one, I don't know what the economy does with 30M people who've lost their job to a robot and lack the skills for a job a robot can't do. Do we fall into some kind of socialist hell where 25% of the country is unemployed and not going to be employed again anytime soon? Do salaries drop across the board because if I won't take $50k/yr for that senior managerial job, they bet the former McDonald's shift leader will? And, most concerningly, once the robots have conquered McDonald's, they'll go for the launch codes. Bang. Skynet.
