There may be campaign finance violations in there, but unless the report is overflowing with huge ones, I don't see anything impeachable. If he ordered Michael Cohen to pay Stormy Daniels off with campaign funds, that's a problem. Won't know what's in there until we see it. I have a feeling it will be enough that if Republicans were so inclined, they could nudge Trump into retirement.

I think they’re going to say he did. But I think the evidence is on the word of Cohen who we know to be a liar. The problem with suggesting that is that it wasn’t with campaign money, so it’s like saying they wanted to do something illegal but didn’t. Can’t see how that’s be impeachable since other presidents have done the same. 

I think it’s going to say there was campaign finance violations, and they believe he was working behind the scenes on deals with Russia for personal gain. The evidence, I think, will be based on testimony and not ohysical evidence.
