Or you keep the 4-3 as your base and use the 3-4 as a sub package to keep the offense off guard, like he did during his tenure here as defensive coordinator. I'd really be good with that. Wash's version of a 4-3/3-4 hybrid is a straight 4-3 with a blitzing linebacker once in a while.

Agreed we should be running a 3-4 anyway
