I'd guess so. Rookie QB. Bad rookie QB, maybe historically worst of all time, throwing to one of the worst WR corps ever. The only thing he had to work with was MoJo. 

 

Had Fisch been OC then, we might have set a record for fewest points scored in a 16 game season.
