I said last week that coaching this squad would be good for the Jaguars because players will want to play for him. That may be irrelevant in the draft, but when they come up for free agency, Jacksonville will become a more desirable option for some of the guys he worked with this week. It sounds like that enthusiasm may have had a more widespread impact than I initially thought.


This is good publicity for the team, and for Gus.
