Yeah, it's too early to evaluate both of these players with any remote degree of certainty. 
Saying Bryan isn't powerful tells me you didn't watch him much. 
 It was really the one trait (besides a good first step/get-off) that he really put on display. He disrupted the pocket by bullrushing tackles and guards back into the pocket several times last season. That requires power. 

Chark will need to show he's got the hands to pair with his speed and route-running. 
He'll have that chance in 2019 more than likely and we can get a clearer picture. 

Why did you name this "best-worst drafts" and then just attempt to bash two rookies from one draft??
