As far as BB getting just one win away from the Super Bowl....There have been MANY QBs who went even TO the SB who were lousy and even more who made it to conf. championship games and even some who WON a SB. Before we think BB is decent for 2017 consider:

Rex Grossman
Kordell Stewart
Trent Dilfer
Tony Eason
Craig Morton
David Woodley


BB has shown less skill than most of the above.
Not to mention Mr. butt fumble... Mark Sanchez made it to two AFCCGs. If you have a team(especially a great D that was injury free like we had in 2017) you can mask quite a few problems. BB had some stretches where he put together some good performances, but his issues with mechanics and reads are something that always seem to show up.
