I believe that our team has the 40% makeup of a winning team. You need the winning coach 40%, winning QB 30%, winning team 30%. Now you need to get the winning QB. I hope they can find one. It would be good if we find a Flacco type somewhere (if not the Mannings or  Bradys). I am sure Dave can find somebody who can atleast can lead the team. I am pretty confident we have the right coach here. Atleast we now know where to address. The stable coaching and the right coach creates trust among the players and will provide a positive breeding environment for winning football. This city truly deserves this and lets hope the Lord helps us on this endeavor.
