Considering the depth of the FA safety market it probably makes sense to cut Gipson

True.  This time of year, teams will tend to listen to calls for ANYONE, save franchise faces.  Unless a deal blows them out of the water (3rd and Gipson for Rosen???)  Right now, Antoine Bethea is the starting free safety in AZ but he will be 35 this year and has a cap hit of almost 7 mil.  I dunno.......if they feel he would fit the scheme of P. Peterson, Amerson, Budda Baker and Gipson?  But then again, they also claimed D.J. Swearinger from Wash in December.....but that dude is a headcase.  All I know is, i'm glad im not in charge of making decisions....
