1. No matter, what this team will have to retool via the draft in next 2-3 years. Those guys on defense will be done no matter whether Foles is signed or not. 

2. This team has always signed FA to contracts with nearly all the guaranteed money in the first 2 years. So why would you think Foles will be different and caused issues for 4 seasons? I don't think it will cost $20 mil for one, but even if it does. He has no other options if the Jags say okay but only guaranteed money in the first 2 seasons. And if he balks, then the Jags go Plan B and draft a rookie.
