It's not as if anyone on this board has any better understanding of the art of conversation and persuasion than what she shows in that quote.

Everyone reads stupider if you include every "like" or "um" or "ah" they make while they are speaking.  It takes years of work to learn to speak impromptu without filler words.  She just became a politician a year ago.
