I'm strictly talking about draft philosophy here.  I know he values a TE, I just wonder if he'll draft one that high. 

Shockey was drafted while Fassell was the coach in NYG btw. (15th overall by GM Ernie Accorsi)

Shockey did have over 800 yds receiving that year though.
