Grade the Jags 2019 FA acquisitions

The grade is obviously dependent on how Foles works out. I think given what they set out to do and what they accomplished given the limitations of the cap, they did well, B+ or A-. I think the 3 that are the most likely to make major contributions are Foles (of course), and Conley and Ryan if not as starters definitely as important role players who will see the field quite a bit.
