This isn't really news.  The guy neglected to pay a ticket and has his license suspended.  It happens.  For those that think that "he has people for this" you all need to get a reality check.  Just because a person has wealth it does not mean that they hire "servants" or "assistants" to take care of things.  It's just something that was overlooked and will be rectified.

The fact that he is in town means that he's ready to go to work.

As far as the warrant for driving on a suspended license, I don't know Florida law well enough but I do believe that the officer has the option of either making an arrest or issuing a Notice to Appear for court and it's up to the officer's discretion.  I really can't speculate regarding why the officer chose to arrest rather than issuing a citation, but I would almost bet that it's because he has an out-of-state licence (Louisiana).
