Really though this on its own doesn't mean much, it's this after a lot of other dumb and immature behavior and what the Jaguars once again passed on to take him that makes it such a Pepto moment.

This on its own means nothing.  This has nothing to do whatsoever with the other unless you happen to be one of those mountain builders.

I don't think that's the case here. It's not a mountain being made out of a molehill. It's been a constant issue with this guy since he's been here. Late to team meetings. Late to a team photo. Throwing punches on the field. Suspensions. Can't stay healthy. His work ethic to recover from said injuries was called out publicly by the media as well. 

And, again, Coughlin and Co. didn't sit down with this man child a few months ago for their own personal health. This has been building and building and building. Period. Was the speeding minor? Sure. Was the ticket and arrest minor? Sure. But that doesn't erase the fact that he's made countless, dumb [BLEEP] decisions that would make Red Forman blush with envy at the prospect of putting his foot up his [BLEEP]. 

We're all human. We all make mistakes. And I get it. [BLEEP] happens. But you cannot casually gloss over the fact that he has some serious issues with taking responsibility and ownership for his stupidity. He's not in high school anymore. He's not in college. He's supposed to be a buttoned up professional now playing in the NFL. And he's done very little to clean up that image that he's brought upon himself. 

Do I want him cut or traded? No. You never want to see a top investment so easily cast aside. Seeing him fail is just another failure that impacts the team at the end of the day. I hope the kid comes into training camp as big as Greg Jones, as fast and nimble as Fred Taylor and hits pay dirt as much as Maurice Jones-Drew did during his career here.

But, at the same time, upper management should be protecting this team by looking into other options to keep the RB position on par with the rest of the NFL at an above average level. 

We'll see. But this idea or notion that it's just folks "making mountains out of molehills" is nonsense. This isn't a one off occurrence. This isn't the first time he's had a problem. Clearly, he has a lot to work on as a young man. Especially when it comes to his character. Making a mountain out of a molehill would be like beating your teenage son into the ground for coming home late on a school night even though he's been a straight A student and member of the Honor Roll virtually his entire life.

This is more like your problem child doing stupid [BLEEP] once again for like the 7th or 8th time in 2 years and you just had a nice little sit down with him about his stupidity back in January. And then he goes out like he did today and [BLEEP] the bed completely and embarrasses you. That's the kid you beat into the ground at this point.
