I've never understood why professional team don't just have drivers available 24/7 for all their players. Just from a PR issue, I would suspect it would be cheaper than most suspensions and PR hits that players and team take from issues from traffic violations, accidents, DUI/DWI, and possibly even other issues.

Maybe for every player is overkill, but why not all players who have contracts over a certain amount. Lots of corporations pay for drivers for their key employees, especially those with salaries > than $1 million/year.
