I had already bought my first house at 23. And by 24 I was on my way to improving my career. I have had my share of speeding tickets. But I have never been arrested for failing to pay for it timely. And I have also never been questioned by my employer for throwing [BLEEP] punches on the job or showed up late to team meetings, etc. 

Again, he's 24. Not 16 or 18. Stop coddling grown [BLEEP] men and making excuses for piss poor behavior and [BLEEP] decision making. This is why these dumb [BLEEP] continue to get away with it. He's done nothing but continue to display the inability to keep his [BLEEP] together maturely.
