Leftwich was a mistake to begin with. I remember sitting on the couch at the age of 14 saying "Why the [BLEEP] would they draft this guy when one of his highlights is him being carried downfield with a bum knee?". Wanted Suggs that year. Was looking for the next Tony Brackens. We had him and let him slip on by. 

But we can sit here and keep playing [BLEEP] patty cake all day if you want?

You’re all over the place here. Playing patty cake? Why are you getting so emotional?

Anyway. The team should always be looking to secure the QB position. Good teams (Chiefs, Packers, Patriots) are never content when it comes to the QB position. They’re always looking to upgrade and solidify the position for the future. If Foles sucks but they draft Haskins, they will most likely be picking in the top 10 again next season so they can add pieces around Haskins next year. I’m only advocating for Haskins because I believe he’s a franchise guy. If the Jags view him as such too, they should draft him and not look back. Best case scenario is the Chargers when they had Brees and Rivers. Worst case? They both suck and the team would be starting from scratch again anyway with a new coach and GM.
