And if the Falcons almost trading up part for him is true our staff proved to know the board well this draft weekend (regardless of what we would have done with the picks or the players we chose they got it right on when players they coveted were about to be taken).

I agree. I would have gone a different direction with the pick but now I can see a bit more where they are coming from.
And I think Telvin is more related to the situation than they say/we think, Dave looked far from happy talking about the situation the other day and this "need" we have at LB (his words)isn't more of a need compared to what we have at safety. Unless Telvin could be on the way out and I guess we'll find that out in the coming days/weeks.
